Returns and Refunds

All prices are shown in USD and orders within Texas will have an 8.25% tax added. Our working hours are 8 AM to 6 PM CST, but we are not online at all times. There may be a delay, but we will respond. :)


Due to the delivery of digital products, there will be no refunds or returns possible.


If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return them to us as new and unused, within 14 days of order date, for a refund.   If the product is faulty we will refund the returns cost.
Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

If your goods arrive and have been damaged in transit, please take an immediate photograph. Keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for the carelessness of carriers or post men but we will do our best to help.

Items Lost in the Post

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of the expected delivery date it is considered lost by the Post Office and we may begin a claim.
